We’re thrilled you’re entering our Luxury Wedding Photography Giveaway! Before you submit your entry, please review the rules and details below to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Prize Details

The winner of this giveaway will receive a FREE luxury wedding photography package which includes:

• 8 Hours of Coverage: Aubrey as your lead photographer, capturing every unforgettable moment of your day.

• Free Timeline Assistance: Personalized support to craft the perfect wedding day schedule.

• Full Edited, High-Resolution Gallery: All final images, professionally edited, delivered digitally for you to treasure forever.

• Highlight Gallery: A curated selection of your best moments, delivered within 72 hours of your wedding.

• Full Gallery Delivery: Your complete collection, ready within 4 weeks of your wedding day.

Additional Options & Fees

• Second Photographer: Available for an additional fee of $750.

• Travel Fees: Calculated at cost based on Aubrey’s travel to your venue:

  • Within 5 Hours of Charlotte, North Carolina: Driving fees (fuel, tolls, etc.).

  • Beyond 5 Hours: Flight from Charlotte, NC, plus rental car or transportation to/from the venue and airport.

  • Hotel: Two nights’ accommodation if the wedding is more than 100 miles from Charlotte, NC.

  • Fee Caps: Travel fees will not exceed $1,500 for U.S. weddings or $2,000 for international weddings. Fees may be less depending on actual costs but will never surpass these limits.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Wedding Date: Must take place in the 2025 or 2026 calendar year.

• Availability: Aubrey must have your wedding date available and not already be booked for another event that day. Dates are subject to confirmation upon winning.

• Location: Weddings can be in the United States or International with applicable travel fees as outlined above.

• Contract: The winner must sign Aubrey’s standard photography contract to secure the prize. This ensures clarity and mutual agreement on all terms.

Additional Rules

• Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by March 22nd at 11:59 PM EST.

• Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email and announced on Instagram (@[YourInstagramHandle]) on [insert date, e.g., April 20, 2025].

• Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

• No Purchase Necessary: Entry is free; however, additional fees (e.g., second photographer, travel) are the responsibility of the winner if applicable.
