I photograph families throughout Charlotte, North Carolina, offering outdoor sessions at some of my favorite Charlotte locations as well as cozy, in-home lifestyle sessions. I’ll guide you with light posing, playful prompts, and even a few games so your session feels natural — not forced — and your photos feel timeless.

Describe your style of photography.
I like for my photos to be fun, timeless, and authentic. I have a mix of poses and prompts but I also just love to go with the flow and capture your family's authentic moments.
Where will the photoshoot be?
As a Charlotte family photographer, I photograph families all over Charlotte, NC including Freedom Park, McAlpine Creek Park, Uptown Charlotte, and in-home sessions throughout the Charlotte area. You will also receive a location guide!
What time will my shoot be?
I like to schedule most of my photos during golden hour - the hours right after sunrise or before sunset for the most magical lighting!
What should we wear?
Once you book, we include an easy-to-use outfit styling portal for the whole family. You simply put in the ages and genders of all of the people who will be in the photoshoot and it will help generate outfit ideas that are cohesive and photo-worthy for the whole family! You can use the tool just for ideas or even order the clothing right there! We love it!
When will we get the photos?
You will receive an online gallery of all of your final high-resolution images within 14 days of your shoot. You will also be able to download and print your images!
How do you choose what photos we receive? Do you send raw photos?
When going through your photos, I choose only the most flattering, best lit, beautiful images to process for you. We take out photos with eyes closed, hair blowing in your face, etc. We never give out raw images as they are large files that have not been processed and therefore do not showcase our final product.
Do you retouch your images?
I make sure all of my images fit my timeless style. I will also do light retouching but do not heavily edit skin or bodies. If you have a few photos that you would like extensive retouching on, we charge $50 a photo.
