Our Hawaii Beginnings
Our story began in the sun-soaked paradise of Kona, Hawaii, where Amanda and I first crossed paths. At the time, I was photographing her all-natural soap and body care line, a project that showcased her creativity and passion for crafting beauty from nature. We hit it off instantly, bonding over our shared love for art, the island’s inspiring energy, and a mutual appreciation for creating something meaningful. A New Chapter in North Carolina
Life has a way of weaving unexpected paths, and now Amanda and I have both found ourselves in North Carolina—she in Wilmington with her husband Elliot, their adorable rescue dog Stevie, and their cat Larrie, and me in Charlotte. Even though we’re a few hours apart, our connection remains as vibrant as ever. We still dream of returning to Hawaii to create photography and art together, drawing inspiration from the island’s lush landscapes and endless creativity. Those trips are like a recharge for our souls, blending our love for art with the joy of friendship.
